The 18th biennial conference of the European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ESTSS) will take place in Tbilisi, Georgia, in June 2025. With the theme “Exploring New Approaches for Healing and Recovery in Times of Global Uncertainty and Extreme Stress,” this conference will bring together leading experts, researchers, and therapists from around the world to explore new pathways to trauma recovery.
I am honored to be presenting a full-day workshop at this event, introducing participants to Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), a proven, body-oriented approach specifically designed to aid in trauma recovery. TCTSY helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, reduce PTSD symptoms, and develop skills for personal growth and emotional regulation. No previous yoga experience is required to participate.
Why Attend?
Discover how Trauma-Sensitive Yoga can enhance body awareness and aid in emotional self-regulation.
Learn evidence-based techniques that can be immediately applied in therapeutic settings.
Explore the powerful connection between trauma, the body, and the nervous system, and how TCTSY can facilitate healing.
Date and Location
The workshop will be held on 12 June 2025 at Ilia State University in Tbilisi.
