Details

The Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) 20-hour Foundational Training is part of the Trauma Center Yoga Program, facilitated by TCTSY-T’s. It also serves as one of the pre-requisites for yoga teachers and/or mental health professionals applying for the 300-hour full certification program in TCTSY at the Justice Resource Institute (JRI) Massachusetts.

Self-Care Notice:
This training is not intended as an intervention for those who have experienced trauma. Discussing trauma, even within a professional workshop setting, can be triggering.

Cancellation Policy

Training and Workshops

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible to initiate a cancellation.
All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing: esther@traumasensitiveyoganederland.com.

  • Cancellations made at least 1 month before the event will receive a refund of the registration fee, minus a €50 administration fee.
  • Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the event will receive a refund of the registration fee, minus a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds or credits are available for no-shows or cancellations within 6 days of the start of training.

We reserve the right to cancel any program at any time. If this happens, a full refund will be issued.

Engagement Terms – Individual Sessions

For individual guidance sessions with Esther van der Sande, the following policies apply:

Introductory Meeting:

Before starting a guidance process, an introductory session is required. This session helps assess motivation and suitability. The cost is €75 and will be included in the first invoice.

Guidance Process:

  • The standard commitment is for five sessions.
  • During the fifth session, we will evaluate progress and discuss whether to continue or adjust the approach.

Sessions & Scheduling:

  • Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
  • Each session lasts 60 minutes.
  • The fee per session is €120, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations within less than 48 hours before the session will be charged 75% of the session fee.

Billing & Payments:

  • Invoices will be sent via email at the end of each month for the sessions conducted.
  • Payments are due within two weeks of receiving the invoice.

Late or Non-Payment:

  • A payment reminder will be sent within the first two months of non-payment.
  • If payment is still not received after this period, we reserve the right to involve a debt collection agency.

Is it important to mention that all facilitators listed on the website under ‘Find a TCTSY Facilitator’ have their own rules and cancellation policies? Additionally, they set their own fees for professional guidance.
