Join us! on Wednesday, June 21st, as we celebrate International Yoga Day with a special offering of Trauma Sensitive Yoga classes.
These classes are designed to create a safe and supportive space for individuals who have experienced trauma, providing an opportunity to explore gentle and therapeutic yoga practices.
Details:
International Yoga Day: On June 21st, the world comes together to celebrate the transformative power of yoga. In honour of this day, we are offering free Trauma Sensitive Yoga classes to introduce participants to this healing practice.
Class Schedule: We have three (3) sessions available:
Class 1: Time: 11:00 hr – 12:00 hr – CEST
Facilitator: Kathleen
Language: English
Class 2: Time: 13:00 hr – 14:00 hr -CEST
Facilitator: Nicole
Language: English
Class 3: Time: 21:00 hr – 22:00 hr -CEST
Facilitator: Esther
Language: Dutch
All Levels Welcome:
These classes are open to individuals of all experience levels. Whether you are new to yoga or have previous experience, everyone is encouraged to join and explore Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
